Helmcode is not a model lab. It operates managed inference infrastructure for companies that need GDPR compliance, AI Act readiness, and predictable AI costs. The same stack, same API, and same code are available across three deployment models: shared cluster, dedicated GPU, and on-premise.

## Product

- **API**: OpenAI-compatible. Change `base_url` and `api_key` — existing code runs unchanged.
- **Pricing**: flat monthly rate per API key, not per token. No token caps. Rate limits apply per key (RPM and concurrency).
- **Data**: processed exclusively on EU infrastructure, never subject to the Cloud Act.
- **Logs**: zero. No prompt is ever stored.

- **Shared Cluster** — managed EU infrastructure. Setup in minutes. From €399/month.
- **Dedicated GPU** — exclusive NVIDIA B200 hardware within Helmcode's EU infrastructure. Custom models and fine-tuning supported.
- **On-premise** — Helmcode deploys and operates the full inference stack inside the customer's datacenter or a partner facility.

## Compliance
